Graduation Pulled Pork


Laura has her graduation tomorrow, and some people are coming over tonight.  What does that mean? 

Pulled pork! Thats what!

We threw this 8 pound fucker into the crock pot early this morning and set it for a good 12 hours of low cooking.

This is the slab of pork at 6AM

This is the progress at the lunch hour.  Six hours to go!

I stopped by the Smokehouse and bought their Sweet BBQ sauce.  Its literally the best sauce I have ever tasted, and I cannot wait to use it on the pulled pork.

Two of my favourite sauces, together at last.  Props to Tony for the Stadium Mustard.
