When JV Visits We Eat Ribs

Jeremy came into town on Sunday, so that always means patio beerce, tunes, and ribs.  

Slow cooked these fuckers for a good 3 hours.

During the saucing phase of the ribs, I decided I wanted to try to do it over our fire pit to add some smokey flavour to it.  Good lord was that a good plan.

Sauce.  Cook 5 mins.  Flip.  Sauce.  Repeat.
