Last night I used a recipe from the amazing All Recipes blog and made some Carnitas. They turned out really good, but I think we need like 10 more people next time to eat it all. The hardest part of this was trying to find one orange on Thanksgiving Day.
Need 10 people to eat it? How about call the two that live just around the corner for fuck sake!
