Work was awesome enough to give me this Friday off after working like crazy all week. My brain was starting to fry so this is pretty fucking awesome. I am in the middle of making a MONSTER Guided By Voices anthology in the name of this rock n roll GBV weekend. So far I am 3 cd's in. My third room this year, and I must say its the best yet. Sweet location. Spacious. Nice colour. Bad fucking ass ceiling fan. Hardwood. Free cable. Pretty damn excited. The shitty part is I am working till 3 am or later every night so I have had zero chance to set it up other than my bed and computer/desk. I managed to get at least that Pavement picture up on the wall but other than that I got fuck all. No time to set it up....no time to even get groceries!!!
Either way....I am in love with our new place. It is so amazing. I been sleeping like a baby.
Been working late into the morning every night pretty much this past week or so. GBV at the end of the rainbow makes it all worth while. That and 1am screenings of The Room to keep spirits high.
