Treephones' school has a new, smaller button maker now, so we made good use of it. I sent him a couple of graphics to make into buttons. Like a good pal, he dropped them off in my mailbox. I like the GBV cat one he picked out as well.
I noticed Sparky II roaming around in my backyard this morning in the cold bitter snow. I instantly had 'nam type flashbacks to when my grade 2 pet Sparky froze to death in the winter. During the lunch hour I made this little shelter, and put it out back. With my luck I just made a rabbit trap for the neighbourhood racoons.
Pieces played last night at Apollo and it was a hit. So many laughs and three rounds of applauses. Total blast.
Filmmaker Paul Stone contacted me to create some title cards for his documentary Big Elvis. He sent me a couple of samples of designs that he liked, and we ended up with this.
