Nothing quite like a mid April snow event to liven up a weekend. Spent the entire weekend stuck inside as my car was frozen in place. Lots of eats, lots of films, and lots of Hesher hangs.
I hit up a Tupac triple feature on Saturday with Above the Rim, Juice, and Poetic Justice. Good flicks.

Because I was snowed in this weekend, I took a break from my Tupac film fest to create a bad ass Bronx mixed cd. My only issues this time around is the maximum cd time of 75 minutes, as well as not owning The Bronx III on vinyl. Everything was sourced from my vinyls copies, except for BRONX III where I had to use my compact disc copy.
Here is some artwork that I need to print out. This should serve me nicely on my ride down to Pittsburgh for April Ghouls!
Pulled out two films last night which I have not watched in a while, Lords of Dogtown and Dogtown and the Z Boys. I have not seen Lords since I lived on Gammage St. during college. This movie is way better than I remember it being. Totally underrated. Tonight I will throw in Z Boys, which I remember being pretty amazing.
Pulled out one of my favourite tapes from the collection. This has a bunch of shows that aired on Much Music in the days that followed Kurts death. A lot of interviews, videos, and viewer calls discussing Nirvana and Kurt. Sweet tape to have.
