Attempts were made to create a list of GBV shows that I have attended. My memory is completely horrible, and GBVDB may not have a complete list of concerts, but this is what I got. 34 concerts, give or take.
And I called myself a fan, pfft.

I scored some sweet compact discs this week for the Brid. As with most winters, I have been listening to Midnite Vultures from Beck, which has led to me deep diving into some Beck stuff I never really gave an ear to before. So I snagged his Guero album, which I didn't realize was produced by the Dust Brothers. Some sweet jams on there.
This is my fave tune on the album, which turns out was written for his buddy Elliott Smith.
Elevator To Hell came from an Amazon purchase. I have been trying to find this one for a while, and just finally bit the bullet and hit the mighty A.
Here is a bonus cover version from Constantines.
Soul Glo is a hardcore punk band from Philly. I love my Philly.
Japanther I found used at Beat Goes On which is sweet since I have kept my open for this one for some time.
My favourite Beck album turned 20 years yesterday. I figured since I was already cranking his new one, I should dust off Vultures and give it a spin. Reissue this album any time now DGC.
Katie got snowed in the last two nights so we hit up a couple of classic 90s thrillers. This is a good double header.
The doppler called for one last nice night of weather, which morphed into rain/snow anyway, so I celebrated by doing one last jerk chicken meal on the firepit. Turned out pretty not bad!
Despite selling off and giving away a whole bunch of records, I am still running out of shelf space. Trying to pull a record out felt like yanking out an impacted wisdom tooth, so I scored another wooden crate from Home Depot, and threw in all of my soundtracks in there to open up some space on my main shelf. My Guided By Pollard shelf is no longer lonely.
If I were to make a list of the craziest and most unexpected finds at Value Villlage, this would be near the top. I spotted that beautiful Murderecords logo, and figured I just had to slap down 99 cents for this EP.
No real good ideas for this years Jack O Lanterns, other than my token Halloween movie pumpkin that I carve every year. Today is looking real crappy outside, so I hope the kids still come out and take these candies from my house.
