I was contacted by the folks at Rendezvous down in LA, asking if I could help out with a new logo animation.  They wanted it to be just like the old Intervision logo from the 80s, but with their name on it.

I stumbled upon this on the Vimeos last night, and it kind of blew my mind.  This group of animators recreated the opening titles to the Tales From The Crypt TV show completely in 3D.  I had to watch it several times, and up close, and even then I couldn't believe it was created in 3D.  Awesome work.

Such an amazing idea. This video is made up of fake movie title cards and used to show the lyrics of the song. I love typography animations, and I love old film title cards. This is a fucking awesome video, and I am kinda pissed I never thought of it first haha.
