October is here, which means the worlds greatest movie theatre is having its annual Apolloween line up of horror films. They asked me to whip up some ads to show during their pre shows, so here are a few that I have done as of now. I will update this post as I finish some more.
Laura and I hit up the Apollo tonight to check out Buffy the Vampire Slayer as part of their Apolloween horror film marathon. I hold a special place in my heart for this flick, as I was obsessed with it when it came out. A ten year old me started to love the horror flicks, as well as Kristy Swanson. Big crush. Huge crush.
Oddly enough this film always reminds me of Christmas, as I watched it late one night on Christmas Eve on CBC. Everyone was out of the house to go to midnight mass, and I stayed home to watch the Buff. That was probably the best present I could have gotten that year, well that and Nightmare, The Video Board Game.
