Found some older PSD files, and have been doing some quick tweaks to update them.

Chuck Mosley of my beloved FNM has died, these are the bad times.

Tonz just emailed me giving me the heads up about this new Faith No More video.  I had no idea that this was released, I must be slipping in my old age!

Anyway, a wicked video for what what I must admit is my least favourite track on the album.  A good song none the less.

 It is a very special day.  The brand new Faith No More album has been released today, and I could think of no better place to buy it than my trusty Encore Records.  I walked in the door, and Chris handed me a copy knowing I would buy it.  "Two please" I said as I picked one up for Ned.  Cracking open the plastic I was so happy to see some amazing artwork.  I was torn on the album cover, and a little confused, but in context its pretty great.  All old black and white images of halloweens past, with a beautiful gold font.  I love it.

The credits list the images coming from a book called Haunted Air.  I went to the website and found a great book that collected old halloween pictures.  To make it more interesting, there is a forward by David Lynch.  I will have to pick up a copy of this book for sure as I always loved these types of pictures.

Go buy the new FNM.  BUY IT!!!!!

This weekend was a fun one. The weather was amazing, the trees are filling out, and the nights are getting warmer.  Friday night we had some people over and we ate some coney dogs, and then set up a movie outside.  Lots of beerce and firepits.

I do not have a lot of photos of Saturday, but it was a huge day.  I went to Neds where we had some patio pops, and then made our way to Toronto to see the mighty Faith No More!  Awesome fucking show.  Love that band even more now.  Good times.  So much so that my throat is still fucked this morning, which made ordering my Hortons coffee really awkward.

Our Faith No More tickets have landed in my mailbox, and some generous soul uploaded this 1992 performance of my very favourite FNM song.  These are the good times.

It took 28 heart attack inducing minutes, but I finally got through to Ticketmaster and picked up four floor tickets for the Faith No More/Refused show in August.  The show is the same night as the way overly priced Van Halen show which is more or less across the street that night.  I think we made the right choice.

Faith No More just released their new single Superhero, and while I have heard the live version via the YouTubes, its this studio version that has blown me away.  I was stressed, not gonna lie.  They have a LOT to live up to in my eyes and ears, and so far, after 20+ listens, I can honestly say I am loving this tune.  Intro could have been on Introduce Yourself, middle part could have been on KFAD, and the outro is total Angel Dust.  I am so happy right now.

Wowee Zowee!  New albums from The Cribs, The Modest Mice, the Built to Spills, the Faith No Mores....this is going to be a great year.

It was a stressful morning, but everything worked out.  I got two tickets just about dead centre for the FNM show in Toronto.  Beyond excited.

Cover for the Super Hero 7"

I just found the cover for the new FNM release on the Ipecac website.  Its a painfully bad album cover, but somehow its perfect Faith No More.

I always knew this existed, but this is the first time in my life that I have heard it.  A live recording from 1984 of the Courtney Love fronted Faith No More, doing their classic tune "Blood."
