There are too many damn albums that have either come out, or yet to come out this year.  Not that I am complaining.

Its like a National Geographic collage come to life.  I love it.

The next couple of months have a lot of exciting releases on the way.  GBV, Liars, Bronx, Protomartyr, Mogwai, Oh Sees etc etc etc.  Here are some new music videos from The Cribs, Bronx and Protomartyr.  I am stoked for all of these.

Lots of good finds the last couple of weeks at the Encores and Orange Monkeys.

The Mogwais have a new soundtrack coming out, and here is a brand new video for their song Ether.  Jackt.

Mogwai is doing some insane 3 disc, 6 vinyl career spanning collection this year, but even cooler is this brand new video for their old classic Helicon 1.  This is probably top 3 Mogwai tunes for me, and coupled with that my love of film/grain, this video has me too excited.

A couple of us went to the Kubrick Exhibit for my birthday.  We met up with a couple of people, saw some cool shit, then went out for dinner and drinks.  Great times.
