Laura and I hit up the Apollo tonight to check out Buffy the Vampire Slayer as part of their Apolloween horror film marathon.  I hold a special place in my heart for this flick, as I was obsessed with it when it came out.  A ten year old me started to love the horror flicks, as well as Kristy Swanson.  Big crush.  Huge crush.


Oddly enough this film always reminds me of Christmas, as I watched it late one night on Christmas Eve on CBC.  Everyone was out of the house to go to midnight mass, and I stayed home to watch the Buff.   That was probably the best present I could have gotten that year, well that and Nightmare, The Video Board Game.

We hit my parents place for lunch today and I found these in their basement.  I have a shit load of boxes packed up down there, but I really wanted to find these and bring them home.  I am dying to play them soon.

This was one of the cards that has gone untouched in probably 17 years.  We were typical 15 year olds when we played this, clearly.
