I stumbled upon this on the Vimeos last night, and it kind of blew my mind. This group of animators recreated the opening titles to the Tales From The Crypt TV show completely in 3D. I had to watch it several times, and up close, and even then I couldn't believe it was created in 3D. Awesome work.
I added a new channel to my Vimeo page. I realized I have almost 100 videos on my page, and I wanted to trim the fat, without having to delete videos. So I created THISpage, which has what I think are the cream of the crop.
The new Machete movie looks like a steaming pile of crap, but these people who I found on Vimeo made this amazing 80s/90s inspired cartoon version of Machete. They did an amazing job, and is far more entertaining than anything Rodriguez is putting out these days.
Just another company logo. I made this specially for the Like A Bastard Drive In collection. I used several horror assets to make this. I took footage from LAST HOUSE ON DEAD END STREET, and reversed it. I took music from the opening credits of PIECES. As for the logo, I took the iconic logo for COMPASS INTERNATIONAL PICTURES that appeared in the credits for HALLOWEEN, reworked the CIP to look like RIP. There you have it. A horror nerds logo.
I stumbled upon this on Vimeo and was totally blown away. Easily one of the best fake trailers I have seen. They totally got the look and feel down of an old 70s European horror film. I am in love with this video. Somewhat jealous too....
