Sundays are usually my movie/couch days. Two killer flicks were screened at the Serpentine Pad, Blue Ruin, and the other is this 1982 documentary about two punk bands (Social Distortion and Youth Brigade) on tour. I loved it.
I finally got around to watching Blue Ruin last night, and it is every bit as good and as intense as people made it out to be. This director is going to be fucking massive.
The major problem I had with this video was this damn font. I spent most of my time looking everywhere for this exact font, but I had no luck at all. So I had to sign up for blu-ray.com in order to get HD screenshots. I used those screenshots to cut out the title card, as well as the Jeff Grace credit. I then used that for my final video.
