One of my all time fave shirts growing up was my green Murderecords T Shirt which John Rous got at Edge Fest 95, and traded with me two years later when I had a Matador Records shirt that I found in the Encore Records free bin. Needless to say I wore that fucker to death, and I really miss it. Since I took up silk screening as my new hobby, I figure I can recreate it. Here I am in the middle of re creating the chest logo. EXCITED!
Coulter sent me this link via Twitter, and I couldn't stop laughing. A montage of the Arnold commentary track from Total Recall. He is hilarious.
Someone made this wicked video, showing all the influences that went into the movie Kill Bill.
The only omission I can notice is not having the coma spit from the movie Patrick, but other than that, its pretty spot on.
Saki and I had to test out some real time drawing in Photoshop for a future project. We got carried away with the most ridiculous drawings, with each of us taking turns adding on to the image. This was my first time using a pen and tablet to draw something, and with some getting used to it might be awesome. Even Erin got in on the fun, drawing the Xmas Massacre scene.
I got the new split ep in the mail last night. The one where Torche does 3 killer GBV covers.
One of the coolest things is looking close at the album art and realizing the soldiers on the one side have the GBV Van Halen logo on their uniforms. So fucking cool.
You can go here, to stream the entire EP. BUY IT!
Jim sent this to me last night, and I could not believe how funny it was. I guess Ricky Gervais has another new show, with the Leprechaun of all people!? Anyway, I have not watched the show yet, but this scene is beyond amazing, and Liam again showing how awesome he is.
iTunes on shuffle and this song came on, and forgot how good it is. I fucking miss the old Murderecords days.
I remember when Krazy Karl had the same conversation with his parents, at 1:33.
I have never seen this video, for one of my very favorite JL tunes. So fucking great.
Time to hit shuffle on the Lizard.
Time to hit shuffle on the Lizard.
Laura showed me this show called PEEP SHOW, and I am beyond hooked. Its one of the funniest shows I have seen in years. I saw the following clip last night, and laughed so fucking hard. I love Mark.
Holy fucking Christ I love my Faith....
A little late, but as promised to Tony, here it is!
