JABLES' THANKSGIVING RIBFEST

Hit up the market Saturday morning and got a bunch of ribs.  Made myself some dry rub, and had them sitting in the fridge all day.  Slow cooked these fuckers for a good 3 hours on the BBQ.  Turned out pretty damn good.  Chicken was made as well, but I was more excited for ribs.  Peoples seemed to dig em.  Starving right now.
Filled up the propain propain.

Guinness sauce!

Cranked some Malkmus records while watching The Blob and drinking beerce.

Dry rub.  Brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, etc.

Ribs and Balsamic chicken.


3 hours to cook 3 ribs to be eaten in 3 minutes.  Sticky and messy and delicious.
