Hit up the market Saturday morning and got a bunch of ribs. Made myself some dry rub, and had them sitting in the fridge all day. Slow cooked these fuckers for a good 3 hours on the BBQ. Turned out pretty damn good. Chicken was made as well, but I was more excited for ribs. Peoples seemed to dig em. Starving right now.

Dry rub. Brown sugar, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, etc. |
Ribs and Balsamic chicken. |
3 hours to cook 3 ribs to be eaten in 3 minutes. Sticky and messy and delicious. |
