I got really scared yesterday thinking that the heat would warp and destroy my vinyl. I put a fan on em all, sandwiched my important ones between the less important ones, and took a stack of non replaceable records to work. Mostly GBV, Pavement, and Faith No More.
It was also so hot in my car that the cd player stopped working. Thankfully I had a copy of Angel Dust on cassette, and that worked perfectly.
